Welcome to Move With Nidhi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website movewithnidhi.in, your registration for the free trial, purchase of memberships, access to online classes, recordings, and related services.
By registering, purchasing a membership, or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Move With Nidhi
Move With Nidhi provides online movement, Pilates, strength, mobility and wellness sessions through live and recorded digital classes.
Classes and related content may be delivered through our website and third-party platforms such as YouTube, WhatsApp, email and other streaming or communication services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide information including your name, email address and mobile number.
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
Your account is intended for your personal use only. You must not share your account access, class links, recordings or membership credentials with another person.
3. Free Trial
Eligible new users may receive a 10-Day Free Online Movement Challenge / Free Trial.
Trial dates and access will be communicated at the time of registration.
The free trial is intended for first-time eligible participants and may not be repeatedly claimed by creating multiple accounts, email addresses or phone numbers.
Move With Nidhi reserves the right to refuse, cancel or restrict duplicate or fraudulent trial registrations.
4. Foundation Sessions
Participants may be required to complete introductory or Foundation sessions during the initial days of the free trial.
Regular live-class access may begin after the Foundation period, depending on the current programme schedule.
Foundation sessions are designed to familiarise participants with basic movement principles and class structure.
5. Paid Memberships
Move With Nidhi may offer membership plans of different durations, including plans such as 3-month, 6-month and 12-month memberships.
The applicable price, duration and benefits will be displayed before payment.
Membership begins according to the activation date communicated to the member and remains valid until the applicable membership end date.
Membership fees must be paid using the payment methods available on the website.
6. Class Schedule and Availability
Class timings may be displayed on the website or communicated through email and/or WhatsApp.
Move With Nidhi may modify class timings, instructors, programme structure or session availability when reasonably necessary.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant schedule changes.
Occasional delays may occur because of internet connectivity, streaming platforms, hosting services or other technical issues outside our direct control.
7. Live Classes and Recordings
Online classes may be streamed using third-party services such as YouTube or other streaming providers.
Where recordings are provided, their availability may be limited to a specified period.
Members must not download, record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display or share any Move With Nidhi class, recording, video, class link or other proprietary content without written permission.
All class content is provided solely for the registered member’s personal use.
8. WhatsApp and Email Communications
By providing your email address and/or mobile number during registration, you agree to receive service-related communications from Move With Nidhi.
These may include registration confirmations, OTPs, class reminders, trial information, membership notifications, class links and important service updates.
Indian members may receive certain notifications through WhatsApp where available, while email may also be used.
You may contact us if you wish to update your communication details or preferences, subject to communications that are necessary for providing the service.
9. Membership Pause
Pause benefits, where available, depend on the membership plan purchased.
A pause request must comply with the rules applicable to that particular membership plan and must be submitted within the required notice period.
Unused pause periods cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or carried forward unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Membership Transfer
Where permitted, a member may request transfer of an eligible membership.
Transfer requests are subject to approval by Move With Nidhi and any conditions communicated at the time of the request.
Memberships cannot be sold or transferred privately without approval.
11. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Membership prices and applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or refund policy, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated and access to services has begun.
Any eligible cancellation or refund request will be handled according to the refund/cancellation policy applicable at the time of purchase.
12. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Move With Nidhi provides general fitness, movement and wellness instruction and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate in any class or exercise.
If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, have a medical condition, experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other unusual symptoms, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
You should stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell or experience unusual pain or discomfort.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient space, appropriate clothing, suitable equipment where required and a safe environment before participating in a class.
You should perform movements within your own ability and avoid exercises that cause pain or discomfort.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, videos, class recordings, programmes, graphics, logos, text, training material, designs and other content made available by Move With Nidhi are owned by or licensed to Move With Nidhi.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or commercially exploit this material without prior written permission.
15. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms including payment providers, YouTube, Meta/WhatsApp, email providers and hosting services.
Their services may occasionally be interrupted, changed or unavailable.
Move With Nidhi is not responsible for temporary failures or interruptions caused by third-party platforms that are beyond our reasonable control.
16. Suspension or Termination
Move With Nidhi may suspend or terminate access where a member:
shares account credentials or class links;
misuses or redistributes copyrighted content;
attempts to fraudulently obtain free or paid access;
engages in abusive, unlawful or disruptive behaviour; or
materially breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Where appropriate, we may first contact the member and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Move With Nidhi will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, participation in classes, interruption of third-party services or misuse of the programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Changes to These Terms
Move With Nidhi may update these Terms & Conditions when services, policies or legal requirements change.

Continued use of the services after an update will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
